Missional Communities
Don’t do life alone.
Get connected to meaningful community.
A Missional Community is a smaller expression and extension of our church, and it is the primary environment where we build friendships, follow Jesus, and make disciples.
Here is how to join a Missional Community:
The Weekender
The Weekender is the one-stop shop for connection and community at Center Church. At the Weekender, you’ll have an opportunity to learn all about missional communities and meet some of our missional community leaders. We’ll help you find the group that meets on your preferred night of the week and is close to your stage of life and area of town.
Personal Invitation
We often say that our groups are closed from the outside but open from the inside. If you know someone in a Missional Community, ask that person about his or her group. If there is still room in the group, it’s a great way to get connected.
Website Request
Filling out the Missional Community Information Request Form will put you in contact with a staff member who will help you take your next step in getting connected to a group.
We believe:
Discipleship happens in relationships
We are a church of Missional Communities, not a church with Missional Communities
We choose to live in community

What should we do about childcare?
Most groups (with families) have childcare on-site. If you’d prefer to use your own babysitter, we have a childcare reimbursement form to help support your ability to regularly participate.
DNA Groups
A DNA Group is a closed group of 3-5 gender-specific Center Church members who gather regularly for Discipleship, Nurture (care), and Accountability.
A DNA Group is a “high-bar”, “high-commitment” environment to take a next step in your growth as a disciple of Jesus within Center Church. For most people in most seasons of life, DNA Group will be a great and important thing to be a part of! But, we realize that it will not be the right fit for every person in every season of life.
